The focus of this research line is to improve knowledge and institutional arrangements for implementation of solutions developed in research lines B and C. A key topic addressed is the institutional and legal implementation of flood management solutions, including alignment of nature- and flood protection policies (A1). Also, the risk based evaluation of combinations of nature based and technical solutions and their adaptive implementation over time will be investigated (A2). In order to enhance implementation our research will focus on Improving flood damage assessments (A3) and the co-benefits and adaptation pathways associated with FRM measures (A4). The researchers from this research line will participate in all case studies.
