Main objectives of WP8.1
- To identify the key stakeholders in the management of salt intrusion in deltas
- To analyse the mutual relationships and interdependencies between the key stakeholders
- To establish the key indicators that each stakeholder employs in their decision-making regarding salt intrusion in deltas
- To develop the Delta Management Game, a gaming environment to support decision making and stakeholder engagement
- To develop an easy to use and intuitive interface that supports stakeholders to gain a better understanding of the delta system, to learn about the perspectives of other stakeholders, and contributes to building relationships and trust between stakeholders.
- To develop game scenarios based on historic events and realistic risks
- To evaluate the extent to how the gaming environment enhances social learning
